12 – Order Taking via PDF Catalog

In this video, we’ll show you how you can embed a PDF catalog with full colors and rich graphic design – thanks to our pre-built connector with Publitas.

Once the connector is activated, your buyers will be able to view bigger and better images of your products.

When viewing the catalog, your customers or sales reps can simply click on any product image to order it directly from the PDF.

Here you can see the home page a typical Sales Rep might see.

When you click on the “Order” button, you can either choose to order via the regular Pepperi mobile catalog to generate orders – as seen here.

This is a sample table view of a regular catalog.

Alternatively, you can choose a PDF catalog from the menu.

As you can see here, you can order and add quantities with a click of a button.

For a product with multiple variants, you can enable a matrix order as seen here.

Then, when you go to the cart to submit the order, you can view the products ordered from the PDF catalog.
