My name is Ronnie Bernheim. I’m a co-owner and also chairman of some of our watch and jewelry companies such as Mondaine, also Marlox and Luminox. We manufacture Pierre Cardin, Esprit, Puma, Joop, Givenchi for watches.
When we decided for the automatization of our order processing, we saw the many different options there are and Pepperi by far, in many aspects, was winning. They understand our challenges, They know what we need, And if we have new needs they will have immediately very good solutions.
Before Pepperi I had to carry a lot of things, I had my bag with my laptop, paperwork, and the paper catalogs with me. After a long day with my customers I had to fill in all the order forms on my laptop and after Pepperi my work got a lot easier. All their orders I put in go straight automatically to the SAP.
We chose Pepperi because it’s very fast to integrate and it’s a software-as-a-service. It was very fast and easy to integrate Pepperi into our SAP system. Pepperi support was very great. They helped us in any question we had. We didn’t have any wish they couldn’t help us and they were always very responsive with us.
