My name is KIRK KOFFAH, I am the IT manager of Angel Eyes. We sell glasses mainly in France, but also all over the world through our distributors. For me, Pepperi is one of the best (B2B Sales solutions) on the market – it’s easy to use, it’s mobile, it’s flexible and we can configure it to our liking quite easily.
We mainly use 2 solutions: The desktop version for our international distributors. It has allowed us to retain our international customers, because our salespeople could not travel. We are able to showcase our company and our collections online. This allowed them to view all the new releases and to order them quickly because it is very user-friendly. We also use the mobile app for our sales reps who are based in France, which allows them to travel light while being able to really show off our collection to customers fairly quickly and easily – and with great visuals.
In addition, Pepperi offers route itineraries linked with a map, and segmentation – which allows our salespeople to be very quick on the presentation of brands & frames, allowing us to improve our sales process & providing our sales team with the optimal conditions to make sales and facilitate good customer relations. So I would highly recommend it!
