Hi, I’m the national sales manager for design group Australia which is one of Australia’s largest general merchandise suppliers across greeting cards, gift packaging Christmas crackers, licensed products, stationery party supplies and much much more. To give you a bit of background, we as a business run approximately 50 individual catalogues that we print in-house, so that’s our design team constantly updating our catalogs having them printed in-house, getting circulating them out to the field team. This was not done on a digital platform it was done on basically a printed platform which was very time consuming and exceptionally costly.

Today we’re using Pepperi as an ordering tool with 50 plus sales team members out in the field as well as a B2B site that we’ve got up and running now as well. Pepperi provide us with a platform where we were able to move away from catalog printing, which we now have taken completely digital but also in making sure that our customers were able to order online as well. So, the two both the B2B platform and the ordering tool are very, they work in hand in hand with each other, we needed that sort of process so that it was easy to explain to not only just our customers but also our sales team so that they’re all working on the same platform. Pepperi was able to give us that solution so that our field team out in the out on the road could also take our customers through the exact same process that they were using to place orders, which made it a very simple process, it made it a very easy process. Pepperi was a very easy tool to marry in with our computer systems we run, we run an SAP based system and Pepperi integrated with that seamlessly. It was just a matter of obviously sitting down with the relevant IT people on Pepperi and on Design Group site and just mapping out the pathways on how we wanted everything to appear in Pepperi. That process was fairly seamless, it was easy, it was a very simple process. Pepperi took us through that process at every stage and they were more than accommodating in any intricacies requirements we needed as a business, and we find it to be a very consistent working tool that our field team now couldn’t do without. Our B2B online portal with Pepperi is still in its infancy, we’ve probably released it to approximately about six percent of our customers but for the first quarter results thus far the results from our B2B online portal have obviously taken up six percent of sales. So, it’s actually a good result for us and moving forward we expect that to obviously increase as we roll it out more to our regular customers. Now that we’ve sorted out how we want the site to run and how we want it to look and it’s running efficiently, we will now pretty much send it out to all our customer base, and it will become our number one sale generating tool in within 12 months.
