Matsuda was one of the creators of high-end eyewear were back in the 1980’s and 90’s named after Mitsuhiro Matsuda, a Japanese fashion designer who was one of the creators of Tokyo Fashion Week. A legendary brand that was built on incredible craftsmanship, beautiful details and very very very high quality products. Our clients are luxury eyewear retailers all over the world and these are clients that work with a very exclusive clientele and their customers are very high-end so it’s very important for us to deliver a high-end experience that they can turn pass along to their customers. Luxury today is no longer about a product it’s about a feeling and part of that feeling is us being able to portray luxury image when we’re working with our customers to retailers and super rap definitely helps us do that. We process our orders primarily using pens and paper and you’re taking notepads and they were always issues of you know writing down the wrong item, not having the product number correspond to what was on the order sheet, all of that is now been eliminated. You know orders flow directly into our system, the accounts receiving immediate order confirmation via email, Super rap also helps the ability to take a look at the inventory levels and you know be able to tell each of their customers what’s going to be shipping when. Super rap is really been a enviable tool for us because of the ability to actually interact with their customers, show them the product on the iPads, place the orders directly and be able to confirm everything visually. Super rep is very easy to use, I think the whole app infrastructure has been you know it’s a pretty easier friendly item and we’ve had in a great success with rolling this out to reps and having them up and running just by playing with it themselves. It is a major Improvement to my business. The warranty team is fantastic, it’s been a great team to work with and we’re very happy with them, with everything they’ve done for us.
